Applegate Fire Roasted Red Pepper Chicken&Turkey Sausage **(Nitrate Free, Casein & Gluten Free, No Antibiotics)
For the Dressing:
Organic Olive Oil + A little bit of Organic Wild Raw Honey + Crushed Black Pepper
During the summer months I decided I wanted to pick up Crossfit again. I felt like I made a lot of progress with my health and fitness on my own, but it was time for the extra something to amp up what I was already doing. I found a local Crossfit “box” and did my foundations class also known as On Ramp in October. I’m in full swing of things now and I LOVE THE BURN! It feels awesome to be sore and to pushing myself physically, but more importantly mentally.

20 DB Squat Cleans
