Start your day the right way!

This is my go to breakfast most days. I’ve become very fast at making it even during those mornings when I get a late start. For me, there is never an excuse to not get a healthy tummy-filling breakfast!

To make things go even quicker, precut all your veggies to last a few  days  worth of egg scrambles!

Not pictured in my  meal today but most days I add toppers to  mix it up! Most days I add greens…spinach and arugula are my favorite with this  and/or fresh cut tomatoes or salsa!

All natural lean ground turkey, organic Zucchini, red onion, organic white mushrooms, and 1 organic Free range egg!
